Strangely enough, there was actually a scene filmed where Superman tried searching for Martha by using his super-hearing, but he would’ve had to block out the cries of everyone else in trouble, so he didn’t. They cut it out, and didn’t even include it in the Ultimate Edition, which is weird.[ATTACH=full]745129[/ATTACH][ATTACH=full]745130[/ATTACH]Still feels a bit contrived so Superman would have no choice but to go fight Batman (the movie being called Batman v Superman and all), but in cutting that scene out, he doesn’t even try to get out of the situation Lex wanted him in.
