Swat Member, Cpl. Steve Curtis - Upgrade - W.I.P.

I revisited one of my earlier figures, SWAT Member Cpl. Steven Curtis. I did some weathering on his uniform, helmet and gear. Didn't go too crazy, since he works in the streets, not the jungle. I did do some major weathering on his ballistic shield, figuring that would take the most beating. More to come. Stay tuned.
