Taking care of collectables

I've been spending some serious money on statues lately and want to make sure I take care of them properly,
So I was after some advice on taking care of my collectables, How often to should I be dusting them?
Anything else I should be doing to keep them in mint condition?

Air Canisters will get rid of the dust, it's what I use.

Also, check the search button. This has been discussed a few times already!

Ok, but wouldnt an air canister effect the fabric on some statues? I dont know coz ive never used one before.

I have a static duster but its pretty crappy so I need a better one. But wouldn't the moisture from the baby wipes effect the paint on some statues?

hasnt on mine. its safe to use on babies who ae freaking sensitive. you could also use a wipe for glasses or monitors. they are designed to prevent scratches

Yeah I might get one of those micro fiber cloths, but what I need is a quality feather duster, any suggestions?
