Again, each to their own... but having being collecting for 30 years, and with a collection worth a stupid amount of money, I always strive for the most "movie accurate" with my collectables. Granted, a lot of them aren't good, but merely the best iterations available at the time. Hell, even my MR Falcon has been decimated by the new Bandai Perfect Grade 1/72 (accuracy wise).
So, to me, this did look like a cheap toy in-hand mainly because of how stark-white it was, and the mono-color dome.
Granted it looks quite good in this photo (the JazzInc dio is a stunning addition!), but something that I didn't notice on the day when I saw it was how badly integrated this panel is.
