It also says, "TOYSREVIL is privileged to have the exclusive reveal and first look online at the 1/6th-scaled TEEN WOLF action figure!" I think the CG version in the video is the basis for it. Probably sculpted hair.

That's gotta be a typo - look at the photo of the photo shoot - the figure is on a table, you can see that it's 1/6. But it does look like it was created only for promo purposes.

Ah, I was hoping that was a typo about scale... but you are probably right about it being a one off figure. That is a real bummer as I would love to own one
