Template needed for Batman cape

Hello everyone. I am in need of a template for a 1/6 scale takara batman cape, TDK batman cape or a hot toys original costume cape. I found some material I will try to make my own but cannot do it without the help of one of you guys. Thanks

You basically want to cut a big circle.

I don't have a template, but I took some in progress pics when I made my cape, maybe these will help.
I used a radius of 40 cm (15.7480315 inches according to google), and basically drew a big circle like EVILFACE said. I don't have the exact measurement at the moment, but I think I made the front opening a 48° angle, and then devided the other 312° in 12 parts (26° each) so that the edges are all the same size.

Here's the lines I drew before cutting, I highlighted them in the second pic incase you can't make them out since the photo is out of focus (the original lines are inside the white highlights):

this may seem silly but what would be the best way to go about cutting the pattern out so that everything is even, because I am anal about stuff not being perfect in my eyes.
