Well, first let me just say that Tom is by far the most generous and unselfish person I have ever not met!!!!!

Today I woke up to find an AWESOME gift waiting for me fresh from Entertainment Earth. At first I was a bit confused, as I have ordered nothing from EE. So I open the box and what do I find?!?!?!?!?

Oh yes!!!!!!

Thats what kind of person Tom Fox is!

I am humbled by Toms generosity and just floored to know that there are still people like Tom left in the world!!! To some it may just be a toy, but it represents something much more than that to me. I don't want to sound all mushy and stuff, but I am truly humbled by Toms gift!!!

THANK YOU SO MUCH TOM!!!!!

Heres a couple quick pix, the flash did this piece NO good. Let me just tell you that I am TOTALLY happy with what NECA did here!!! The detail in Kurgans armor and the detail Connors costume. I wish so much that SS had done something like this, but thats neither here nor there!

Once again Tom I am so happy with my gift!!! Not getting to go to SDCC this year just bums me out a little more now. It would be my honor to buy you a drink and shake your hand!!!

That's just nasty.

And back on topic.. being a recent winner of a Tom contest I will agree with everything good that has been said about him... one of the true class acts on this or any board.

You rock Tom:rock

I love when people do this. I did this for my Michael on the old Buffy chatroom back in 1999. Anyway I always felt the need to get him Buffy figures because I am so fortunate to be well off and healthy. And some people out there don't have the best finances. Sure I never met the guy but I talked a great deal on the internet and became friends regardless of if we met or not. Anyway, few years later and half a dozen figures purchased he now has a nice community of Buffy stuff to add to his collection.

Thanks Tom for being a great guy! :)

Just curious is there a story behind this? That is awsome of Tom but just wondering if this was one of Toms contests , Tom was just kind etc..

Tom rocks! :rock

We're getting together to have chocolate milk! Sweet, sweet chocolate milk!

Very Cool!! Tom is a great guy!! He gave me and my Dad a hell of a good deal to see the LOTR Concert at SDCC last year.

A long time ago, in a thread far far away......

Tom had said that if SS ever made Medieval Kurgan, that he would purchase mine for me.

Well, a few months later, SS sh*t all over my hopes and dreams and announced that they will NEVER release a Medieval Kurgan.

Tom,from the kindness of his own heart( or out of pure pity) took it upon himself to order this Neca set for me.

Thats about it.

Toms just kicks major ass, is basically the bottom line.

At some point in the past--in the early days of the Kurgan Krusade--I promised King Darkness that if Sideshow could be convinced to produce a Medieval Kurgan, I would buy his for him since he was such a tireless Krusader. I was really bummed for him when we got confirmation that it would never happen, and since the NECA set was now the only Medieval Kurgan that was likely to be made, I kept my promise and ordered one for King.

EDIT: I see that King beat me to the explanation! :D

Ah Tom. What a great bloke. He even offered to stay at my place, when he makes it over here. Hearing stories of chocolate milk has somewhat soured me on his kind and generous offer.

G'day, Creech!!

Nice to see you back. I take it your computer has been fixed? Great news!

And if you don't like chocolate milk, I think that I can be persuaded to provide you with an alternate beverage.

Thats awsome I had a feeling there was cool story behind this and with a lot of us being fairly new here we would have no knowledge of it.

I must say that is one of the best things I have heard anyone on this board do Tom.
