Ah, another potentially rubbish scene from the trailer Boba preaches that nonsense "respect" to other captains :stake .

I just picture every Trandoshan sitting around that table glancing at each other, each separately imagining how they are going to knife this clueless "crime lord" ASAP but avoiding glancing at Fennec because they respect her more, even if they dont like her, either. All but nodding at each other in agreement, because each knows what the others are thinking. They just KNOW and are united in their hatred and disdain of these weak humans...

And i *hate* thinking this, because I still do love Fett and his story and I want him to be worthy of Fennec and she worthy of him - which she already is.

Not speaking up when BK was dismissed by the Hutts was a huge misstep. RIGHT THEN was the time to say, "You've worked for the rest, now come work for the best. You know me. You've worked with me before. Now come work FOR me." It is very very sad when random fans on the internet are effortlessly thinking up better plot points than the production team is. Unfortunately this problem is everywhere, not just in SW projects.

Guess there was a reason Lucas killed this guy off so quickly.

Boba Fett was a cool looking helmet and costume. He could have been anyone, which means it's all in the writing and acting.

Jake Gyllenhaal, Ryan Gosling, Javier Bardem, would make a better, cooler Boba Fett if well written. Even Temuera Morrison could be good if he talked less and was written competently.

ESB Fett = Urban Dredd movie

BOBF Fett = Stallone Dredd movie

In the Mandalorian, I could understand why Fennec respected and was devoted to Fett, but in the BoBF, I think she just feels sorry for him.

Also with regard to the "Firespray" way to stick to your guns that "slavery is bad" Disney, lol. Fennec is Fett's slave, the emotionally complex and loving Rancor is his slave, I'm guessing that Trejo is too. Also shouldn't we be cancelling his beloved Tuskens since they took slaves and I thought that we're to believe that there is no forgiveness, EVER, for slave owners (posthumously or otherwise) including those that reformed and set their slaves free. Time to tear down those monuments!

This logic is flawless, must admit.

All so stupid, since slavery is endemic in the SW universe AND WILL REMAIN SO

Can the Vespa kids even come and go as they please? The fact that they apparently guard him 24/7 (even while he sleeps in the middle of the night) and seemingly have no job description beyond "do anything we command at any given moment" gives the impression that they're also "prisoners with jobs..."

It's wrong to call a slave a slave. :lol

This is the problem that arises when you take a character, and reform them until they're respectable enough to be the face of a series, and thus also the face of Disney. So no Slave-1, and no Wookiee scalps (though I think they were retconned a while back).

A series about a bounty hunter becoming a crime lord and their violent rise to the top of the underworld could make a great show. Have someone like Cad Bane. Actually have him act like a crime lord.
For some reason they wanted to use this softer version of Fett. A weird kiddy friendly version of crime. If they can't do a proper rise to power, crime show, don't do it. Have Boba do something else if they wanted this version of him.
I would love to see Cad Bane show up for a rematch with Fett, only to realize this isn't the Fett he once knew, so he turns his back on Fett in the duel, and walks away unafraid. Fett then wonders what's happening to himself.

Show's actress shills "surprises"right as the show's floundering (even this YT video says comments have been dissing RR)... and that's a reason for hope? If Wen's such a huge SW fan, what was she thinking when she read those first three episodes?

And what's with the androgynous-Brit android voice in these YT videos - is that a real person? Sounds like the "this ship will self-destruct in ten seconds, nine, eight...." voice. :dunno Ironic, right?:lol
I thought the exact same thing when the reviews for BoBF E1 aired, and then the next day (I'm sure it was Disney) there's a leak that Harrison Ford will be in the show. It's a lie to get people to watch every episode. Ford won't be in this show.

And I never watch SW Meg. All her videos have click-bait title cards and episode titles. She's the female version of Mike Zero.
