Master Chief would have easily won that. I like Cap more but everything that makes Cap great is done so and more on Master Chief. Then add on the Armor which enhances his super abilities even further, plus the force field and one punch could probably kill Cap outright.

Never the less, that video was awesome.

Ultimate Cap held his own with the Hulk for a while. He took down Giant Man with his bare hands. And unlike his 616 counterpart, he has no problem killing. Batman even remarks in the DC/Marvel crossover that Cap is the only one of the Marvel heroes he's not sure he could beat because Cap is every bit the strategist he is. So I am picking Cap in this one.

Ultimate Cap was beastly, but there is only one MC and he would beat most versions of Cap in seconds, even Brutes could beat Cap imho
