Awesome kit bash. I did something similar in I took the outfit from the 12" Mego Klingon and put it on the Dragon Worf but I also used Worf's warrior sash and bat'leth. I too used the Dylan Hunt gauntlets from the BBI action figure. However I never thought to use the boots and the kind of sleeveless duster of the Tyr Anasazi figure. Well done. Well done indeed. He looks incedible.

Its only part of Worf's head though. I surgically removed his hair and forehead and nosepiece. I hollowed them out as thinly as I could and then glued the "appliances" in place on the head of a MGS Snake. I then painted his pace to match the Klingon color as best as I could then, after repainting the hair reattached it. I didn't use the sash as Kruge didn't have that and he didn't carry a bat'leth. I am planning a few other Klingons though, some original ideas and some based on existing characters. One or two of those may have a bat'leth.
