Apparently, it does! It also makes Void whine and continually blame an irrelevant shooting for TDKR's less than expected boxoffice.
Please explain without hyperbolic drivel, because at the end of the day, we are talking about a comic book movie here. I think that gets lost with some of you folks here.

They're in their 20's...yes they would. But they're also dumb. Like all 20 year olds.
I have to say, when I went to see the movie, there was something that did make me nervous a little bit,
20 minutes into the movie some guy wearing a hat and a jacket entered the movie theater with like 10 plastic bags on each hand, he stumbled to take a seat,
then when he put the bags on the floor, sounded like heavy bottles or something, something heavy,
I did not think he had guns, but it did freak me out, it made me wonder if he was going to burn down the theater or something
specially because he came late, he was wearing a jacket in freaking 90 degree weather, and the stupid Theater people let him go inside with what seem like 25 bags full of crap,
I didn't really pay much attention, and I just watched the movie, but the guy acted strange,
a movie theater is a dark room with no windows or doors (Besides the emergency ones) you are at the mercy of whoever wants to go in there and starts shooting,
also since you are watching a loud movie, your attention is focused on the movie, if someone was to stand up and start shooting it would take you by surprise,

Hey, if I put "Like most 20 year olds" someone would swoop in and edit the post saying "All 20 year olds" or something.
So I did it for them. I'm dumb as hell in a lot of ways. I won't deny that.

it made no sense, and it was pointless,
So Bane frees all the inmates, gives them guns, it is supposed to be this really terrible act,
then.... nothing happens..
the criminals don't really do anything crazy or rob anyone,
the cops are underground, the criminals are free, and then... we see people eating and having to live in shelters, that's it,
that felt very anticlimactic, no cops, all criminals out, and everything is pretty much the same,
