The future of Fred Bartons Robocop license?

Does he still has the license of Robocop? because, mutiple times i've sent him an email about these other figures:Robocop 1:4, 1:2, statue,bust and the 1:4 ED-209 when to expect them but never received an email back!

I hate to say this about him, since I've had good dealings, and love my Robocop bust, but the likelihood of him doing the other products seems pretty slim at this point, or if he is going to do them, I wouldn't hold your breath on them happening in the near future. When I needed to reach him, I found phone to be the best way.
