To anyone who doesn't know, HD Net Movies shows uncut, commercial-free HD movies. They show classics as well as recent movies.

I couldn't live without this channel, so I figure I'll start a list of upcoming movies that may or may not be on Blu-ray. This isn't a comprehensive list, but it's movies that boardmembers may be interested in. I know my DVR gets a workout with this channel.

2001: A Space Odyssey - July
2010: The Year We Make Contact - July
All the President's Men - August
Bottle Rocket - July/August
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang - July
Deliverance - July/August
Harvey - August
Tootsie - July/August
TRON - July
True Romance - July/August
Westworld - July/August

Feel free to discuss any of the movies you watch on this channel. I'll try and keep this list updated as time goes on.

DirecTV FTW! :lecture

Sorry about you losing this channel. I remember hearing about that when it happened. Total BS on their part.

I used to love this channel until Time Warner dropped it.:banghead:banghead:banghead

has that officially happened now?
I havent been watching much TV lately, but to say I was pissed when I heard that was happening was an understatement....

Its a great channel... show a lot of excellent films, thanks for the list; now I know what to watch out for :rock

I haven't bumpted this thread awhile, but I was looking over the May schedule and there are a couple interesting movies:

- George A. Romero's Survival of the Dead
- Gobots: Battle of the Rock Lords :lol

I usually record about 5 movies a week from this channel. They show great movies all the time.

Who needs killer robots from the future when you have the original Terminator, Yul Brynner in Westworld which has been on this weekend as well!
