Not even in the top ten for the weekend, but there's a lot to like about this film. And it's all named Aishwarya Rai. There are other stars in this film; Colin Firth, Sir Ben Kingsley, that guy from Rome, that guy from DS9, but Rai is not only beautiful but she gets to play an action heroine. I can see 1/6 customs of Mira popping up all the place. She has cool weapons, at least 2 different cool outfits and she's gorgeous.

The film is an interesting take on the end of Rome, but the script is pretty weak. The action isn't too bad though and the performances are okay. I'd recommend it to anyone who likes the Roman era or King Arhtur.

Thanks Dave! I am a history buff and haven't heard of this film. Thanks for the heads up. I must see this. Alas though in PA I doubt that a single thearter is showing it.

Rai is one of the most beautiful actresses in Bollywood today. this movie pretty much came out of nowhere, and i'm happy to hear it isn't bad.

I've only seen the trailers but they look awful---- I'll wait for this one on the dish... maybe.

Saw it this weekend, I wanted to see Superbad and wife wanted to see Invasion, so we comprimised and saw this instead.

Had some good actors and actresses in it, set design was top notch but it really felt like it was lacking something, I had a hard time putting my finger on it. It was like they combined King Arthur/Gladiator together, took out all the blood and heavy violence and added a kid to the mix. Guess it was a bit cliched.

Ash looked great, wife really liked her character, and they of course had to add a romantic subplot. Ash while good looking comes with the Bollywood restrictions, which mean minimal skin and no kissing, which is not a big deal but a few times a kiss would have helped.

Movie wasn't too long, felt a bit rushed, like they had to cut it short. I think it would have worked out a lot better as a HBO miniseries or something similar.

But not a bad movie, can take kids to it, I don't remember anything even close to a R or PG13 moment.

This didn't look too exciting to me, kinda link a mish-mash of Rome and King Arthur. Glad to here its not getting totally bagged, but still will wait for a rental.

Saw trailer this weekend. Although the cast looked good and I'm into the Arthurian stuff (as well as Roman history), it just didn't speak to me. Will be a rental.

The trailers for this look terrible. It looks even worse than King Arthur. I'll wait for it on cable, which shouldn't be too long from now.

I did just see the trailer for Shoot 'Em Up, now that's something I would really like to see.

King Arthur and Rome ARE mish-mashed up if you believe in a historical King Arthur. I'm not saying this movie is good - it's not; but the cast plus the subject matter makes it worth a look.

And I'd never thought about the restrictions on Ms. Rai's appearance in movies - that's just tragic. But I guess I should have known given how the nation reacted to her being kissed by Richard Gere recently.

Saw this movies today and while it wasn't fantastic it was better than the horrific trailers made it out to be.

Not too bad... Great cast. Sir Ben Kingsley doing a Gandalf ROTK homage.:D

If your a big Ash fan and can handle the mushy romantic stuff I'd recommend Mistress of Spices and Bride and Prejudice, she is really an underrated actress, i think because of her beauty most dismiss her acting skills. As with Last Legion, you'll notice there is minimal skin in all her American movies and no kissing, though there is a scene in Spices that streches the Bollywood restrictions a bit.
