I am using the genuine leather to make the final version. The quality of this leather is worse. And the tensile strength is worse that it is so easy to be damaged during sewing. But I still give it a try since i have no another leather available right now.


I cut the leather string in around 1mm diameter.

I don't know if i can finish it at the end due to such worse leather quality.
 
Hey Kato, the the detail in that jacket is incredible! Where did you find those eyelets? Are they 1/16" in size?

very cool jacket! may i ask where do you purchase you raw materials from? the leather is so thin, but looks very impressive nonetheless. it seems difficult to find such thin-guage leather. perhaps i'm looking in the wrong place? any help would be greatly appreciated kato :)
