The New Conan film

Plenty of talk about this in the Atlantean sword thread. Thought it might deserve it's own thread. I really hope the film is good and if it is good I hope we get some good collectibles.

It does look pretty epic. Nothing will ever beat the original. They just don't make movies like that anymore.

Well I can't say it looks super gay until I see a trailer. I just hope it's good. I LOVE the original. I know the film won't touch that one. But I hope its much better then Destroyer.

But I am keeping my hopes down.

I'm warming up to this guy, he looks alright in those pics.

I think he looks like Conan in the face but he needs to be much bigger.

Actually, in the original comics he was not"body-builder"big, but more slender. His build was typical 70's heroic. It wasn't 'til later that he got humungous. The actor looks familiar, but I can't place him; who is he and what's he done?..PS

It's the dude with the dreads off SG - Atlantis, Jason Momoa. I thought his character was pretty cool in that show.

Anything Conan has my attention. Interesting to see how this pans out.
