Awesome.I would present it with a base and all this cables...

Those are examples of two of three created for the film. The one I have is a static version that has no movable parts. Though the head does ever so slightly move on its neck and the remaining hand moves slightly. It appears in the destroyed cryotube sequence. In the assembly cut of the film, he has been completely cut from the scene, only appearing in the theatrical version. Newt drowned screaming in her cryotube chamber also cut from the assembly cut.
The one in the pile of cables was made with a floppy arm that swung around as Ripley slung it over her shoulder, carrying it away. The lower one was the animatronic version which was reworked and reshot in LA.

Ah I understand.I´m not a big fan of the Alien 3 movie so I have not really lots of background infos about it,sorry.:)
But I like the Props and the Alien from the movie.

Acrylic display case arrived. Love it. Now have to work on arranging my memorabilia throughout the room. Bishop is pretty large piece.

Fantastic! I have studied that prop earlier to do a 1/6 version. Amazing that you actually were able to find and buy it.
Alien3 is one of my favorite movies - almost right up there with the original.

Yes, Alien 3 IS the best out of the 4.
At last somebody else that dares to say it out loud! Welcome to the club!

The Bishop prop looks awesome!

The Bishop prop is in incredible condition, considering the years and who know how many times it's been passed around. I purchased it from a guy who bought it from the The Prop Store in 2010. I think I may be just the second owner. The sculpt was done by an extremely talented Dave Anderson at Amalgamate Dynamics Inc.
It did have a left hand, evident by photo. Whether it was removed during production of the film or sometime before The Prop Store acquired it, it was auctioned off with the appendage missing. IMG_5961.JPG

Final touch on display case. May do another placard crediting the sculptor Dave Anderson at Amalgamated Dynamics Inc.
