The boots are from VTS Dark Soldier and the machette came from one of the Hot Toys Resident Evil figures. I don't recall exactly which one.

Looks awesome! Im using the same headsculpt for a custom Im working on, how did you get it to attach to the body? I have a Noland body and cant figure out how to keep it from simply rolling off.
