the road viggo help

hi im going to make a custom viggo figure from the road and wanted some suggestions for the head and help makeing a beard plus id be willing to pay for a head to be made at a reasonable price, but arnt sure were to start.

I was discussing this commission with someone the other day. You could use one of the heads from redplanettoys.com and modify it. The jacket is the hang up for me but I'm waiting to hear back from him about everything so we'll see what happens.
