The robocop premium format.

Ok , I am having real trouble deciding on what to buy.
I missed all the discussions about the robocop pf because at the time of release I simply didn't have the cash to cough up and obviously didn't want to tease myself.

Since I make youtube videos alot of the people I know bought this peice whist alot on this forum and the statue forum absolutely hated it !.

I want something in my collection to represent robo and the price between this and the hot toys is near enough the same .
Overall does the robo pf look more ... , whats the word .. , er... stunning I guess on display ?

I really like the hot toys robocop but since I have never seen the pf personally its hard for me to decide on this one.
Knightslades video for this piece was fantastic.

I think it sucks, the 18" NECA looks way better even. Buy the HT and NECA.

Totally agreed. Cornerstore comics has a Robo PF on display. It looks nice, but doesnt strive far from the NECA 18" version. The only thing on the PF that impressed me was the thigh gun compartment feature

IMO its far to inaccurate. The 12" HT version is so much better! Its a nice looking PF, but if you care about accuracy look to HT, Sideshow dropped the ball big time on this one.

I think the PF one is nice BUT I hate that smirk he has on his face. Robocop doesn't smile much in the movies......well maybe in Robocop 2 when they fried his circuits, but no thanks. Also the color is off. That gunmetal look is neat but it's not Robocop. It reminds me more of Robocable from the limited series Robocop: Prime Directives. Now I would like Hot Toys to make one of those, and the RoboKain. That would make me cream my pants. But yea that gun holster looks way more wicked than my Hot Toys one.

I have the Hot Toys version too and I would say get that one! You will have enough money left to buy the McF 3D RoboCop poster with it!

The Sideshow PF is actually quite good when seen in person, and I don't think it is that inaccurate. Looks a lot better to me than the Hot Toys versions...

I love the pf !! love the size of it and its way cheaper then HT.

dont get me wrong HT robo is a masterpiece but the price is getting rediculous.

Totally agree with this one. Even the Mcfalrnae Battle Damaged Robo look good with the ED 209 though.

It's the one at my LCS is still there. They're not that popular apparently around here.

True, if you gave the NECA sculpt the HT treatment regarding production, paint etc... it would be unbeatable.

A lot of guys say get the 1st HT ROBO.What is the difference between the 1st HOT TOYS ROBOCOP and the HOT TOYS ROBOCOP 3 with GUN ARM? They look very similar and you can't see the nostrils under the helmet like the Flight Pack version. Let me know your thoughts on this. Thanks , Mike
