The Terminator T1 and T2 replacement heads by Imaresqd1 interest thread!

Hello all,

You know - I woke up this morning and thought I would ignite Judgment Day by questioning the clone-like level of likeness found in the Hot Toys T2 head sculpt.




Anywho - I know some are not pleased with it and this thread is for you. I have no interest in debate on the HT head sculpt as this is for those who may be interested in replacing it. I will ask mods to clean up if things get messy.

So. I am working with Imaresqd1 (Adam) to provide various head sculpts throughout the year and HT Arnie is one that I thought could use some work. I for one found the likeness lacking so I thought why not offer a superior alternative.

Below is the base sculpt NOT COMPLETE and yes I will have the neck removed to fit the HT body with no modifications on your end. Dutch is a possibility with this as well so let me know your thoughts on that as well.

Please let me know on here if this is something you would be interested in. Not asking for money - just interest. Price would be around $59 unpainted. Limited edition.

Wanted to show you the T-800 short haired head with the eye showing that Adam sculpted as well as the battle damaged head.

I had a copy of the first head I bought from Adam a couple years ago... really amazing work. I still think his T1 sculpts are the best.

Does he still have the Tech Noir Version?

Not sure - these are the only two I will be offering is there is enough interest.

No they don't sorry.

To be honest I think the T1 heads look more like the Stan winston animatronics than the man himself but I think that actually holds some appeal.

The T2 head looks nice. I'd like to see it from different angles and painted.
