Surely you're not suggesting that some things should be left to the audiences imagination? Why, that's just absurd.

Looks good, and yes we already know the fate of the Norwegians. I just hope they don't change the story and all that jazz just to give us a happy ending.
 
No interest whatsoever. I understand this because the money is in re-releasing, re-invisioning, sequeling, and prequel-izing existing properties that people like or remember fondly. This just reeks of cheap money grab.

But being a big fan of the original film and what it was trying to do, I will probably never waste my time watching this drivel.
 
The only reason that this film may have some hope is because Ronald D. Moore is a co-writer - same guy who created the new Battlestar Galactica series, and wrote most of the Klingon episodes from Star Trek: the Next Generation.

:goodpost: Moore has some great creative talent. I'm always interested in the projects he's involved in.
