It's a Robert Knepper sculpt from eBay. It was originally from a DiD WW2 German figure.

Here's something I started working on. My first attempt at "real hair". Takes awhile, and still needs some trimming once all finished, but so far, so good.

This is straight-up just applied, no water or grease has been applied to it.
