So some of you might remember this. I re-edited it, and fixed it up a bit to put in this film contest. But let me know what you think! Even if you've seen it, there's a few new suprisies, and some cool effects. So yeah, I George Lucased it. :lol

But the original still exists, and will always exist. :lecture

Anyway, enjoy! Or not. It's cool with me.

I enjoyed that. A couple of the shot set ups were a little wonky, and one or two shots could have benefited from a bit more lighting. You did build some great atmosphere though and I really liked the music. Had a nice 80's horror vibe going.

The edits and effects were well done too. The main guy (was that you?) did well in his role, sold the mood nicely. Guy in the truck was a little...fan film...:lol...(sorry if that was you)

Not bad Mr. P, Not bad.

The Alien reveal was good and creepy
:horror

That was really well done! Good job!!. I agree with most all of Bios critiques, I think a few camera set ups were odd & could have been shot differently via the close up on the plug & shots in the truck. The zoom in on the face at the end with the quick adjust kinda took the effect of that shot away for me.

Some of the audio mix imo could have been mixed and leveled a little bit better. Sounded like you had some direct audio and room audio going on. The levels in the score could have been taken down a tad so that the treble wasn't so prominent & more balanced out. I'm curious to what audio program you were using for your final mix.

Overall though, very well done! I enjoyed watching it and getting nervous at points.

I too agree with most of your points. :lol

I hate the first opening shots. They were a fail on my part. The final scene, same thing.

Problem is, it's actually a 2 year old movie, updated. So all the shots of the main character (not me, not in this film at all), were not redone, sans for the one of him looking out the window. He was 15-16 when we shot it, he's like 17 now. And a bit different looking.

There wasn't any other audio, other then the one's I put in, because I didn't have the original clips. Just the original final film, with sound, and music. I re-did everything from scratch.

But I will do a better mix next time. That's my biggest issue.

But yeah, I rushed a few acting spots, we had little time, bearly minutes before the sun went down.

But I love the pointers! I will make a note of them!

And glad ya guys digged it!
