yeah she did nothing for me as Jane.....be interesting how they write her out

yep... according to spoilers

Iron Man and Pepper are broken up in Civil War

and Hulk left Natasha... man these Avengers sure have lousy love lives :lol

Hopefully Cap is finally going to get some action and it sucks for the actress who plays Sif who we all assumed they would use as a love interest if Jane ever exited.

Are they just dumping them all strange as to why they are not going with Sif , I never did get why they choose to get rid of the alter ego Donald Blake in the comics.

Nome of these movies really bother to get deep enough to develop a love story it's just tacked on . Shame because it would add a nice touch , about they only couple I see being consistent in comics is Aquaman and Mera and they better screw that up in his upcoming movie.

I don't get it. In the comics and hell, even in norse mythology, Thor and Sif are serious boinking and she hasn't exactly been lacking in the longing looks at Thor throughout the movies.

Portman is Jewish so it was inter racial already.

Actually, she's Druish.

Karl Urbans addition to a film is always nice but the Executioner is a big dude.
(start poppin those roids Karl)
Im sure he'll channel a bit of Dredd into the character.

First time I hear dis!!!

Love me some Karl Urban! (he'd have been a great Batman)

edit- AND GOLDBLUM ?! :panic:

Marvel has officially announced the cast of their upcoming film "Thor: Ragnarok," confirming Cate Blanchett as Hela and Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie. Additionally Jeff Goldblum and Karl Urban have joined the cast as Grandmaster and Skurge, respectively. The announcement also confirms that Mark Ruffalo will appear in the film as Bruce Banner/Hulk.

I like Urban a lot, and Executioner is a bad-ass, so I think it's right up his alley. It just makes me curious why Enchantress is nowhere to be seen, though it does make some sense from a storytelling standpoint, as she and Loki are quite similar. Maybe her role will go to Hela. Also, Blanchett as Hela is a brilliant win for Marvel. Thomson as Valkyrie sounds great as well, she was great in Creed. Hell, her, MBJ and Stallone (and Coogler if you want to get technical) are all in the MCU now. Crazy...

Sif and Portman are out... no word about warriors three.

For the lazy, the new cast members:

Cate Blanchett - Hela
Jeff Goldbum - Grandmaster
Tessa Thompson - Valkyrie
Karl Urban - Skurge

Hiddleston, Elba and Hopkins are returning, a long with Ruffalo.

I wouldn't count Sif out. If you read the rest of that article Jaimie hints at her return.
