I picked this bust off of ebay for an incredibly cheap deal. It is made of fiberglass and resin with latex tendons around the mouth and a clear smoked dome. I really love it. I will add some modifications to it in the future. Tim Clark from Melbourne Australia is the sculptor and builder of this piece. It is 36'' inches in length. One of the best deals I got in years. Highly recommended piece if you don't have the funds for HCG's or Pat Mcgees. Looks alot better than my pictures. Will shoot better pictures later in the week.

Thanks for looking!!!!

Looks great!

Congrats on a cool piece!

Do you have a link or contact info for ordering?

Very nice, congrats on the score. This one nails the facial proportions that so many companies manage to get wrong. That is definitely Giger's Alien, and a few small tweaks and mods could get it dead on.

I also ordered one of thee from Tim a few days ago.. it is the unfinished version. From what I can tell, it looks better than anything done by all the big companies... fantastic!

Its very nice you wont be disapointed, here are some outdoor pictures. Wondering what he charges for a unfinished version, can you pm me the price and Ill let you know what I got mine for.

There is nothing wrong with it as is, but I do plan on making some improvements later on. First of all its needs to be more glossy. Other things are planned as well, possibly a repaint.

Was bored today so decided to repaint my bust. I coated the piece in numerous coats of clear epoxy resin to give it a super glossy and slimey appearance. It is now water proof as well. The stuff is great but requires proper ventilation and safety equipment such as rubber gloves, respirator and goggles. I used smoke and interference blue to give the head numerous shades as well as dry brushing of titantium white. Also repainted the tongue to make it accurate. Used Duplicolor chrome to enhance the teeth as well. Its late so I took pictures indoors with flash so some details are hard to make out but you can see the differences.

Looks great D.

The tongue looks tons better.

Be sure and take some shots for us without the flash.

GOT MINE IN TODAY! came in fast... 6 days from Australia..

It is an awesome full size kit... the first thing I can see that needs to be done is a hole if the far rear roof of the mouth needs to be cut so that the second set of teeth come out the correct angle from the head..

I cannot wait to get started on this baby.. it is very accurate!
For the slime I will use 2-part US composites Urethane clear rubber..and for the sinews and tendons... lots of condoms LOL!

I made many changes to the bust over the last few weeks, including changing the tongue and shortening it significantly, changes the tendons and replacing them with condoms, sculpting and adding the tubes coming out of the back of the jaw, and completely repainting the piece with airbrush and many many coats of automotive clear coat I am just about finished with the bust. I added the base with was a plastic drain from home depot I painted and had custom Weyland-Yutani logos made by a member of therpf.com. I am still awaiting a name plaque. Here is how it currently looks.
