Hi all,

I'm posting Tom Cruise from the movie "The Last Samurai".
As you may know, the armor is not the same from the movie
because I just kitbashed several different DID's samurais for the armor...
I purchased the head sculpt on ebay but I don't know who did it.
In my point of view, the HS was not good quality so I carved some parts and had to paint for a long time.
Anyway, I finished what I wanted to make...

... and I hope you like my work.

amazing as usual, the details, crazy good. but i do have a question about the face skin texture. it looks a little rough all over, why is that??

I sprayed Mr. Hobby's "Mr. Surfacer 500" experimentally before painting.
It was pretty thicker than I have expected.
That's why it looks a little rough all over.
I won't use it at all later...

ah, gotcha. is there any way to smooth it without having to do a whole repaint?? your work is phenomenal btw.

Now, I'm using Mr. Hobby's "Mr. Surfacer 1000" for smooth surface.
