Kane's been changing up his workout routine lately, possibly to avoid alienating his audience with his strange antics. First up is some slow incline bench work with Ascent 81 coaching from the sidelines before taking his turn, and as usual not a word from Kane in return. The fun continues with heavy side laterals and a bit of shameless cheating.
