Can someone please take a photograph of the new coveralls on the figure? I am in two minds about cancelling. I paid £89.99 for it, not sure whether to keep it.

Dang. That’s disappointing. I’m waiting for mine to ship from nightmare toys and I’m probably just going to send it back at this point.

I’m not going to tell you to get ready to send it back, you may feel way different than I am. You can maybe part out the things you don’t like and keep what you do. You might was well throw the ghost bob thing in the trash and keep the glasses.

So the hands are good, but a little dark and not better than Sideshow’s, and the glasses shape is accurate, but I find most of TOTS’ other choices with this set baffling. The coveralls color is too light to be Tex Green, even if the hue was correct; the pumpkin and phone look good (other than the too-visible electronics in the pumpkin) but both are noticeably undersized; every decision made regarding the Bob sheet is so horribly wrong…

But personally I would most love to understand how, given that TOTS produces a remarkably accurate full-sized tombstone and therefore obviously have access to an accurate design, they managed to create this tombstone. The floral designs look like a child’s scribbles, the type is not accurate and the tombstone itself looks like wet clay.

Ultimately for me what is most frustrating is how close they came to getting the set right. The quality of the materials used is pretty good, but the attention to detail and quality control is non-existent. Match the coveralls color, make the pumpkin and phone the correct size, duplicate their own tombstone product in 1/6 scale, and most folks would be extremely happy. They’d still need to burn the Bob sheet, but Sideshow got that 100% right so I’d be okay with that.

I'm so happy I won this auction on eBay a month ago. Because it's the whole sideshow set minus the body boots and coveralls. The seller actually customized the head sculpt to make it look a lot better.

You can have the full size Sideshow version, straight from an episode of Scooby Doo, or the mini TOTS. I’m glad I have my custom version.

I was really in it for the coveralls. If they don’t even fit the Jxtoys body correctly and are the wrong color then the whole set is worthless to me.

I don't have the tots set yet so I'm going to compare the Mezco unfinished looking jack-o'-lantern (they should have cut the eye & mouth hole)

and the sideshow Scooby-Doo pumpkin. Once I get the set , all three will be compared

The navy coveralls that came with the TOTS figure wouldn’t really bleach or take dye, hopefully this is a different fabric.

Just lately there seems to be a few companies not just falling short of the expected quality, but also making blatant and inexplicable changes.

In the UK I think this is costing just under £95 with delivery, and it sounds like slim pickings.

The coveralls were a big part of the set, and by all accounts and photos they don't look "spruce green" as advertised. I may resort to giving them a wash with acrylic paint.

Man, I’ll be honest. I wanted to be lol I haven’t been charged yet and only paid the NRD. It’s a spectacle right now that’s for sure, so just seeing how things turn out right now.
