That's still a prototype. They might have taken early shots of what would become the master and this is the promotional piece. Or something happen to that early promotional piece and this is a different one. Trust me. Lots of things get tied up, damaged, or changes are requested by the licensor in the process. But all still prototypes though. You don't get a factory sample in June for something going out in November at the earliest.
