I was able to attend a screening of this at HorrorHound Weekend this past Saturday. This movie really deserves a full release. It's the best Horror Comedy since SHAUN OF THE DEAD.

Here's the synopsis:

Two hillbillies are suspected of being killers by a group of college kids camping near the duo's West Virginian cabin. As the body count accidentally climbs so does the fear and confusion as the college kids try to seek revenge against the pair, who believe that the kids are on some sort of suicide pact. Preconceptions and misunderstandings abound as horror and hilarity occupy the screen side by side.

And a quasi-trailer (some FX and sound editing not quite finished):

It looked like crap but when I sat down to watch it I really enjoyed it for what it was.

Now streaming on Netflix.

This is a top film in my opinion, saw it a while back now. It's quite rare to find a good comedy horror that is effective in both the ways its trying to achieve I feel.

Basically, I loved this film!

My favorite scene was when the cop showed up - everything til the obvious gunshot was just hilarious, and had me rolling.
