Here is some info I looked up. Of course non of it is official but it sounds good to me.
From Wiki - Gravage Hulk - The Gravage Hulk is a merger of the Savage Hulk persona and the Gray Hulk persona. It was caused when Bruce Banner had control over the Hulk's personality after using his Gamma Projector. After the destruction of Sakaar, Gravage Hulk came back calling himself Green Scar. Possessing greater anger and strength than ever, this Hulk also possessed a calm, cold, calculating fury (due to the efforts of Hiroim the Shamed). Green Scar is the insanely enraged version of the Gravage Hulk. Green Scar has extremely high durability and has trained in combat arms like broadswords, spears, and battle shields. Green Scar's strength comes from the compassion with the other Hulk incarnations from within, as well as Bruce Banner supporting its actions. The Green Scar incarnation is shown to be resistant to Professor X's psionic effects and withstand Black Bolt's hypersonic voice. It later gained the "Worldbreaker" title after two battles with Skaar.
Some Fan - The Hulk has a lot of different incarnations and even from the character's inception, they constantly changed, which his most stable period being during the late 60s-the early 80s where he was the classic "Hulk Smash"/Savage Hulk personna.
But that was the Hulk's original personality. The Hulk incarnation he is in now was brought back during Peter David's last run and has appeared many times before, the first being in the early 60s when he helped found the Avengers.
This Hulk, nicknamed the "Grayvage Hulk" by fans, has the strength of the Savage Hulk, the cunning and regular intelligence of the Grey Hulk and a certain brutish independence.
Another fan site - THE "GRAVAGE" HULK - 1965
This is an early appearance of an intelligent, Green Hulk, also known as the "Gravage" Hulk, as he appeared in 1965. This version of The Hulk had the mind, intellegence & personality of the gray "Joe Fixit" Hulk, with the body of the green "Savage" Hulk, thus the term "gravage".
