It's funny, but when I first saw this picture of Dusty last year I thought "How cool Sideshow hired models to show off their products."

Well there is an urban myth about sideshow warehouses that things go missing and turn up again many moons later hence the "waiting list" we are still all on for old statues and stuff.
Those shoes I would guess are some kind of beacons for valued employees like Dusty.
