Hey great sculpt but you may want to keep an eye out for air bubbles when casting them. I just painted one of these guys and it was full of them.

I thought the Gordon was a perfect size actually. JMHO.
The Alfred was a tad small. BUT, extremely well sculpted...so...how are you fixing it without completely resculpting him? I think he looks great. I hope you don't lose that likeness any.
