Nope I PO'd it. In November they invoiced me saying that it was on it's way to them. I paid in November and it didn't ship until 2 months later.

Got mine. Great figure. My only critique is that the skull on the vest is really dull- almost have to look for it to see it.

We both live near Baltimore so I picked this up from him today. I was great meeting him.

I love the figure. Sculpt, clothes, accessories and packaging are all great. I'm not a fan of the body, but again with everything else being great and the price, it a great deal.

It is the Tom Jane skull unfortunately, with they hadn't done that. Also attaching molle part to to the vest is quite simple, the problem i had was figuring out
how the grenade pouches went on.

I got charged by Urban Samurai last week, and I sent them an email asking why I had been charged if the figure wasn't in stock yet. Spencer replied by referring me to the FAQ page on their website, which states that they send out invoices when items have been shipped from their supplier. So, I'm assuming this en route and I'll hopefully get a shipping notice within the next couple of weeks.

I cancelled all of my other orders from them. When I asked sent the man email about refunding my money...I never heard anything else from them. I just don't feel like waiting till June to get my figure. If it even comes out then. What's with them waiting so long in getting stuff?

Should finally get this figure on Wednesday from Monkey Depot. Getting stuff together for a weapon wall to put in the background as well. Can't wait to get it all set up--this is the Punisher figure I've been waiting for!

Imoriginally PO'd this at Urban Samurai also. I'd didn't like the fact that payment was taken at the time of PO. So I emailed Spencer @ 5 times with no response over a 3 week period of time. My last email was threatening to open a dispute through Paypal. THAT got a response. I then asked for a refund nd got it within a week.

You can't be a small business like that and not commucicate with your customers. I'll never consider buying from US again.

Send Spencer a very clear email to give you a prompt refund or you will file a credit card chargeback. It worked for me when I wanted a refund on a figure I paid for three months ago. He still didn't actually respond to any of my emails, but he sent the refund, which got dinged with a paypal fee... but at this point I'm just glad I don't have anymore paid items waiting on him.

Tried that number this morning, and its a phone whose voicemail hasnt been set up yet. So thats a deadend. Ill contact my bank to do a chargeback. This is bs to have to chase this guy down. Ive sent multiple emails with no response. I will never order anything else from them. I suggest no one else does either, or you'll have to do the same crap Im doing now.
