Looks great, it's nice we have choices. I found one shop that has it listed for about $340 but it's an Australian store so shipping is expensive.

Any update on this figure? I’ve looked around and haven’t really seen anything other than Sugo Toys moving the release date to June.

I bit the bullet and preordered from SugoToys. The shipping is kind of what I would expect for such a big piece at $127 and the figure is expected to be released in June.

All in all it’s not a horrible total price. It’s all still less than the X-Plus Ghidorah’s price before shipping. Hopefully this will be a perfect replacement for my X-Plus.

Looks great! I wonder though if it might have drooping problems like the X-Plus version, since this one has a much more splayed out pose everything needs to be even more rigid and stable.

I’m really happy with how this one turned out. It pretty much looks like the proto. I’m really happy with how the paint job came out in the photos.

I’ll soon find out if there’s any drooping. We’re about to hit summer time in Southern California, so that’s the ultimate test when it gets here. Hopefully the wings are totally made out of hard plastic.

Sorry for necro'ing the thread. But could anyone provide me info about which Godzilla to pair with W Dragon Ghidorah?
I'm thinking of buying X-Plus 25 cm Godzilla 2021 but I wonder if it'll be to big since W Dragon's is noticeably smaller than X-Plus. Or should I buy Ichiban Kuji Godzilla 2021 (about 20 cm height) instead?

If you're concerned about the scale compared to how it should be from the movies the X-Plus Godzilla is already too big, the smaller one would be better in that case

Thank you all. I've chosen Ichiban Kuji Godzilla 2021 and will repaint & mod it for the details could matched W Dragon Ghidorah. He's like 20 cm tall so I think they'll look great together.

I hope these two scaled perfectly together. Like this :

Otherwise I need to buy X-Plus 2021 yet it'll be too oversized I think? Buying X - Plus Ghidorah is out of the questions though. I almost pulled the trigger if not by those droopy wings. W Dragon really did great job with this one. Painjob and details are amazing except that ridiculous supporter on left head. A solid 9/10.

I think the X-Plus might be too big but it’s hard to tell because the Ghidorah is leaning forward like in that Spiral photo you posted. I’m not sure exactly how tall the 2021 Godzilla is but I know it’s smaller than the 2019 (it’s probably no less than 25 cm). I think if you repaint the Ichiban Kiki figure, it’ll be your best bet.

I’m still waiting for my Ghidorah to come in from Sugo. I’m pretty stoked to receive it. I sold my X-Plus due to the dropping wing issue. Do you think the W-Dragon wings will droop too?

Seems like the piece was made from PVC. Very solid. Not sure if they also used ABS for the neck & body or not but it sounds different when I knocked on those and the wings. Yet those wings still look much more solid than other vinyl figures I have. Perhaps keeping this figure away from heat may help but we'll see.

I'll receive IK Godzilla very soon and will post how they scaled together.

That’s great to see! I’m glad the wings feel solid. I still can’t believe X-Plus botched their Ghidorah, especially with they’ve already made winged characters like Rodan, Mothra and Destroyah.

Done repainting IK Godzilla to match W Dragon Ghidorah. The original piece has nice sculpt yet super bad paint, as usual for a prize figure. They scaled good together I dodged a bullet for not getting X-Plus G2021 hahah. I added wooden bases & put them in giant acrylic case then display them at eyes level. Very satisfying with the result.

For those who are still on the fence with W Dragon Ghidorah because it looks small : It isn't. At all. It may be smaller than X-Plus' (?) but I think it's because of bad (bent and leaning toward) posture. His wingspan is whopping 78 CM plus the length from head to tail is 60 CM. He'll eat up your display space for sure. Plus it was made from thick PVC so the details are super great & those wings won't bent so easily. Like I've mentioned, if not by that infernal supporting pole then I'll give him a 10/10 easily!
