Watchmen:Ultimate Cut Blu Ray upgrade?

I noticed that Amazon has the 5 disc Ultimate Blu Ray Cut of Watchmen on sale for 28.99 right now. I am somewhat torn - I already own the majority of the content -Director's Cut Blu Ray, Tale of the Black Freighter/ Under the Hood Blu Ray, and the Motion Comic on DVD (figured it was something I would want to watch at work/on lap top so skipped the Blu). If I understand everything, the Ultimate Cut has 2 new audio commentaries and a few minutes of live action new stand footage to link the Black Freighter with the director's cut of the film. But, so far, I am still undecided. Is the "ultimate cut" worth it? Any suggestion/ opinions?

tales of the black freighter & under the hood are edited into the movie..this version is the closest to the comic as you can get
