OK I got the decal paper for my Hitman Barcode. Now how do I keep the ink from smearing when I get it wet to put it on his head? Any help would be appreciated.

What about spraying the decal sheet with some dullcoat after printing and before getting it wet. I'm sure I've seen posts on Starshipmodeler.com about people using dullcoat to 'seal' their decals to their models.

when I've bought inkjet decal paper, it came with a spray probably similar in nature to the one above. It sealed the ink onto the paper so you could apply them. It was designed for the decal paper

Thanks for the help. I just called my local hobby shop and ordered some Testor's Decal Bonder.
