What should I use the coupon for?

I didn't want to put this in any of the more specific forum topics since it doesn't really pertain to them, but rather just your opinion of what I should shoot for. So I have that $20 SSC coupon and I don't know what to get. The figures I'm interested in are $300+ and people have said it is not worth using the coupon for those.

The HT BD T-800 and Robocop are probably the ones I can definitely see myself getting for the collection.

I was considering Mechanic Tony Stark and/or Star Spangled Man Captain America but those are not allowed with the coupon.

There's no more TTM21 bodies left.

Many people have been using it for MoS but I don't really see myself collecting that set since I have the Christopher Reeve version (he'll always be Superman to me) and I thought the movie was alright, not super great (no pun intended). I tend to go after more than 1 figure in a set and I don't think I can afford to spend for Jor-El or Zod, Faora maybe, but not unless I was really getting the set.

I'm not sure if I should look for something else cheaper on their site OR use it on one of the 2 figures I like OR just save $$ and pass on the coupon and wait for a new one that I could use on the cheaper figures?

I agree with EVILFACE, just keep the coupon until you see something that you are really interested in and if you are subscribed to their newsletter you will definitely know when they have new items on sale.

If you use any sort of discount for a purchase, you do not receive any reward points for it. So a $20 code on a $300 item is wasting like $15 worth of reward points... kind of negates the code.

The most optimal way to spend the $20 code is on a $20 item.

Haha, minimum is $50. I use to get the TTM21 body with it but it's sold out now. Thanks for the advice guys! The only figures I really want are the $300 ones and like others have said, it's probably not worth using a coupon for since it will only cover some of shipping basically and the reward points could better be used for something else in the future.

You could get the recently-released Play Arts Kai Arkham City Harley Quinn (but not the AC Poison Ivy, for some reason). I'm having the same problem with. $30 gift card, which has very few options to choose from.

Aren't you still saving $20 if the reward points from the item you're getting is $15? Isn't it like as if I used those reward points on the figure I'm purchasing with additional $5 off? (wow, I sound like someone from Clueless)
