what's a cheap 1/4 hot female statue?

Hi i am looking for a last min gift for a buddy of mine, he keep asking about those statues ever since saw them but has no idea about any of this stuff.

What's a cheap 1/4 scale hot female statue i can buy right now? has to be something normal (ie not darth talon) and good quality.

So far i am looking at gg 1/4 sweet peas but it seems price has gone up quite a bit at $250 now. Prefer something cheaper, any ideas? vs?

Seems like $250 is your price range or less. Unfortunately there aren't many decent statues that cost less then $300.

GG Amber for $200 at BBTS is pretty nice deal.
Yamatos Ritual is at $310. BBTS also.

If you can swing a little more Vampirella or Lara Croft Pfs are a pretty good choice too.

Definitely go with any of GG's 1/4 female stuff, they're awesome! But if you want to spend a little more, go with any of Sideshow female PFs.

nah i want it to be 1/4 scale american style polystone statue that instantly have the wow factor, not those small japanese big eyed pvc stuff.

think i am just going to go with the gg sweet pea, seems all around the best, could gotten it for $170 just a few months back instead of $270 now bleh.

you didn't get sweet pea yet? Once you see this in hand she will set the new quality sculpt standards. the sculpt is better than any SS as far as details. Simply stunning.

I ended up getting both sweet pea + vampirella pf from hobbylinkjapan (hlj.com) because they were having a sale, and i can ship them directly to my friend's house in shanghai instead of lugging around the giant box on my plane ride when i visit.

However it's been over a week since I paid and still couldnt get an order status out of those guys, both statue were listed as in stock when i placed my order. I beginning to doubt if hlj is a legit store at all, and it's too late for me to buy another since i am leaving this week. Their service is underwhelming especially for a japanese retailer.

Anyone have experience with hlj.com? do they always take a long time to ship?

Used them a few time for some Japanese Toys a few years back. They're real legit and have a lot of exclusives too.

I ordered a few anime figures and statues a couple years ago and had no problem. One of them arrived with a damaged part, and I received the replacement part in less than 2 weeks. HLJ are quite good.

Paid for my 1/4 statue on 23/8... they sent on the 27/8 it went on the plane twice and it's at my local post office on 30/8 Yesterday (20 hours ago).

HLJ is a legit store for the past 15 years..... quite a good support (replacement/refund) and plenty of testimonials. Don't expect SSC's replacement method though....
