What's happening with HT 1/4 T1 Arnold?

It's been over a year since this was previewed and nothing. Think this is still in the works? I hope so. It would look great next to the 1/4 endo.

Howard Chan said recently in an interview simply that it is 'delayed'. So....kinda stating what was already apparent.
