When will Sideshow make a trooper??

I just want to know when sideshow are going to start making any type of trooper

Clone, storm , tie pilot 12" series

These are a must in my opinion

Also, i know that they have started the lord of the sith and scum and villany lines but when we gonna see the likes of

Vader, Dooku, Pallpatine, Tarkin, Ackbar

All would be amense for 12"

They are making THREE Rebel TROOPERS so there is your answer. Imperial wise, probably not far behind.

Scout Trooper would be VERY sweet indeed!! It's one of the few troopers that I'm planning to buy. Wonder if the exclusive edition will be an alternate head or flip-up visor.

Man I seriously will be ticked though if Stormtroopers don't get new bodies! I mean we won't be able to pose them in half the poses we SHOULD be able to, plus they depend on cool physicle posing. I'm not holding my breath, but still, I'm not sure I'd be able to overlook a Stormtrooper who can't bend it's elbows properly.

The SSC bodies are more posable than most other 1/6 out there. I'm not sure what you mean about the elbows.

All I'm saying is my iother 1/6 figs can bend their elbows naturally, SS bodies elbows stop before they even hit 90 degrees! But there was a thread about the SS bodies sucking/not sucking.

Stormtroopers rely on their ablility to be posed, and with a SS body, that's very limited. Vader too. He'd never be able to put his hands on his belt with this pose with a SS body.

I can pose my SS Figs in whatever pose I want. So I'm not sure that the bodies are that much of an issue. Medicom's bodies are that great either if you want to start picking them apart. My Vader is shorter than any of my SS figures.

Yeah, I can see both sides. I don't think PBK's saying that Medicom is better, just that he'd like the SS bodies to not be as limited as they are. And they are. Those 2 poses, couldn't be done with SS bodies, and Vader and Stormies are both reliant on poses due to the physicle nature of their characters. SS bodies are good, but can you get them to put their handson their hips naturally? The best I can do is get their hands just below their waste, they won't bend high enough.

Anyway, I'd buy a Stormtrooper no matter what, but a new body would be prefered especially for these.
