When will we see the next LoTR PF

Is it likely that we will see the next piece up for order before Christmas? I for one hope so as it won't be released until the summer anyway. The longer they leave these releases there is a possibility that people will drop the line.

since there isn't any word that a PF will be announced. i wouldnt think that we will be hearing any news on that by christmas. so no announcement let alone pre-order. though we will have 12" faramir soon i believe.

I decided to drop the 12" line as I start to ran out of space. So faramir is not exciting me at all. However, still did not cancel the legolas and boromir exclusives

I really need a new announcement soon BTW. come on SS, it has been sooo long since frodo. Bring on new PF(s)

Only one LOTR PF going up for preorder during all of 2006 would be depressing. If we don't get one by Christmas, I certainly expect the next announcement to come early in 2006. I think that we will either get one before or during Toy Fair, so my guess is that we have three months at the most to wait before the third entry in the line is revealed. They had me prepared for a slow trickle of releases in this line--one or two a year. So far, they are sticking to that.

Now as for Star Wars, I really hope we get a third PF in that line in 2006. With only Luke/Yoda and Boba Fett revealed this year, we need a little more momentum in that line as well. I expect the SW line to have more frequent releases, and I hope that things don't slow down to only two a year.

It's almost been that long so don't feel too bad. Frodo went up the middle of Feb. So we're getting close to 10 months between announcements now.
