Where can I get a loose M65 jacket other than eBay and www.onesixthdepot.com (who charge $13 int shipping)? They seem to be pretty rare on eBay.

I'm not necesarily looking for a Rambo one but rather one for my "punk/Tech Noir" Terminator. Or are there any good substitutes?

That will be hard to find. Best bet is to buy the complete figure and part out the rest of him, which should not be hard.

The gi-joe one is pretty cool with a working zipper that is the right scale!
I have one myself and in hands it looks cool

Hmmm, how do you know that's an M65? The seller doesnt say.

This is quite useful: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M65_Jacket

All I know is the M65 replaced the M51 which replaced the M43.

yeah pretty close! I dyed mine light gray to match the one from the temrinator movie
How does one do that exactly? I was gonna dip mine in water with some grey paint mixed in it and have it soak for a while.

mm maybe but i think it will not look grey! It will just look dirty!
If you want the jacket to be the exact color you will have to bleach the jacket and then dye it in grey
