Where do you get your fabric for your 1/6 bashes?

So I've been trying to find the right place to buy fabric around me but I can never find the right kind for custom clothes. They always either not stretchy or too thick so that it doesn't fit right on the bodies. Where can I find leather like fabric or any kind of fabric online that would be best for 1/6 clothing? Where do you get your fabric?

It's too bad they don't say how thick each fabric is. I "think" Kato.E uses 0.4 to 0.5mm when it comes to leather.

I do use Joann fabric. They have a very limited selection I think. I can't find the thin leather like Seb uses.

thanks for the info Gruff......where can i buy clothing patterns tho...like pants, coats, suit jackets and such?..i'm hoping that by finding the 1:1 scale i can translate them into 1:6 scale....any advice would be helpful...

Any fabric store in your area will have patterns. They even have barbie patterns that are a good starting point.
