Unless sales for Maul are good then they will wait until they sold a certain amount before putting this one up. If Maul was numbered around 200-300 it would have been sold out already.

one of SS most amazing pieces so far, unfortunatly not of a character I will probably get, only reason I would get it is because it was so well done, but at the lsf prices, I doubt it.

Have you seen pics of the LSF Wolverine which is also suppose to have "intrinsic resin"? Looks like painted polystone to me

Looks nothing like what was shown at SDCC to me personally. Even the black piece of his face mask appears to be painted on instead of the nice leather type material shown at the con. The open ES is the main reason why I cancelled this. But now seeing the production piece seems I made the right choice.

I believe the proto versions are worth 2k, production versions half that amount.

and Obi-wan was the only LSF I was interested in too if it comes out looking like that Wolverine, they can keep it

Wolverine LSF proto do not use intrinsec resin, Atheris

The only LSF that use this new resin is Obi-Wan Kenobi LSF. And also the German Trooper PF and he looks amazing :

Masterside is correct in that the Wolverine LSF prototype did not use the intrinsic process and is not used in the final production of the piece either.
