Where to buy Hot Toys in San Diego?

I'm planning a trip to San Diego later this month and since SDCC takes place there, i thought it might be a good opportunity to buy Hot Toys, especially the SDCC exclusive ones from local sellers.

Would you guys know which shops in particular i should visit? I'm looking for Hot Toys figures specifically.

Btw, I'll also pass by Los Angeles so if there are local shops there I could should drop by, please let me know. Thanks!

Unfortunately there's no stores in San Diego that carry Hot Toys. Some Comic book stores sell Sideshow, and a select few might get some HT... but I've only seen Batman and Joker and ridiculously overpriced...
Your best bet is Frank and Son in LA, but beware of scalpers...
