Who is able to commission headsculpts?

Fairly new to the board so I'm not sure who or how to go about finding someone that will do custom sculpts to customer requests, I'm looking for someone to do a bill Moseley from the devils rejects like this one, any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Try Rocco, he's usually available for commissions. Also check custom sections for other artists. Some have request and wishlist threads that you can throw your idea too in hope that one can do a group commission.

There are a lot of different people on the boards you can commission in the customs section, Warriors Gate Productions being one of them. As with anywhere different artists rates very, as does quality.

I did one awhile ago and it was okay, pretty meh. Did another last nigh. Better than first still kind of meh.
