Why is communication so very slow for international orders?

I can see why your pissed m8 but this forum is not in anyway part of Sideshow it's a fan forum.

Possibly someone who works at Sideshow and is a member might see this though and contact you via official means.

Ahhhh! SORRY! As it was and ask sideshow i always thought it
was there official forum.
Buddy i'm furious over it as they choose to contact me 1 day before due payment about all this saying it needs to be sorted by 1st.
Then it took 2 days for a reply.
Even though they took payment from my brothers card in June.

I'm sweating with pure anger.:mad:

Sorry to hear about your frustration. Others are correct that you will need to resolve this issue directly with the customer service rep you've been in contact with. Unfortunately myself nor anyone else here will be able to resolve it directly through here as this is not a board officially run through Sideshow Collectibles.

We do have a size limit when it comes to incoming and outgoing attachments/content within emails we receive and send, so if you were sending an email that was 5MB or over in size we would not have received it. Would you be able to forward your email along again with attachments under 5MB total as a reply to the customer service rep that emailed you directly? If that is not possible we do accept forms and pictures of proof of ID through our fax line as well - 805-214-2190. We also have our chat feature available during business hours (which will be open for about another 20 minutes) that is especially helpful to our international collectors should you want to contact us directly through that route (simply go to the front page of the site and click the 'live chat' link that's to the right of our phone number in the top right hand corner of the site).

Again, so sorry about your frustration, but please forward/fax that info along to the rep you've been in contact with or contact us through chat and a representative will be able to help you.

Thanks very much for the reply.
I was getting so frustrated as i must have sent 6 emails with the relevant documents attatched to them.
But staff were telling me nothing was getting to them.
But luckily Eva told me to send them 1 at a time so i did.
All sorted now and thanks very much for sorting this out.
As i love my sideshow statues and would have hated to loos them on the final payments as i also have another 4 to order too.

I called CS and they said the returns wasn't available and I was told they were going to call me back and it's been over 2 weeks. I guess I should try calling them back. This wasn't for anything expensive, only for the lifesize Endoskeleton the most expensive thing I ever bought from them. Thanks for the awesome service.

Thanks Alex. I called Friday and they said they need to figure out how to put one together and get back to me. Still waiting. (Wednesday now) If I don't hear back soon I'll PM you.
