1/6 Why no love from Hot Toys for Rogue One, Cassian, Baze and Saw Gerrera ?

Although when we first meet Andor in R1 he isn't in his regular Rebel Officer Uniform, but in Ring of Kafrene assassin look, "leather: jacket, satchel, actually a pretty slick look.

Last three episodes. That's plenty of content (almost a movies worth), with Andor set right into R1, maybe even seeing a certain Guardians of the Whills protector(Baze?), and a rebelling Cargo Pilot (Bodhi?), by end, could be we get some R1 specific likenesses after all.

Although when we first meet Andor in R1 he isn't in his regular Rebel Officer Uniform, but in Ring of Kafrene assassin look, "leather: jacket, satchel, actually a pretty slick look.

Yet by then he is fully embedded with the Rebles, so before this he will likely be seen in the regular Rebel Officer Uniform, which could finally garner that figure.

We can only hope with Baze and a Rogue One look for Cassian with the blue parka etc. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Fingers crossed.

I'll definitely be letting them know on FB. Even if they issued Baze on the Rogue One licence. Like they did with that Tank Trooper I think it was. Never too late.

Likely by that point he will already have been embedded with the Rebellion, so I imagine he will have appeared in his Rebel uniform first, and possibly the new excuse for his R1 look figure.

They've already said Season 2 leads right into Rogue One. 3-4 episodes in small time jumps I believe they said.

So chances are very high imo. One HT figure for this season, then Hot Toys love to re-use a sculpt again, so a S2 version = Rogue One version as a second version is what I think they'll do.

Starting to feel like even the set up for Bodhi getting and defecting with Erso's message, might play out in S2
If Andor series doesn't become the vehicle to finally expand on and release more of the R1 figures cast, nothing will.

Yep this season and S2 is our only hope !

Luckily there don't seem to be a huge number of obvious options for Hot Toys from this season. So hopefully Two Tubes gets a release !!!

He's been in so many shows too !!

Tubes got a few lines, really hope we see him in more action in the S1 final and S2. Most wanted for sure.

I think I will wait for S2 Saw, if we don't get a RO Saw.

Thought this does give me a little hope.

He appears to be wearing his Rogue One -Ring of Kafrene- Intro look? (missing satchel)
Though the figure is labeled as an Andor Series figure. So are they basing this off his anticipated Andor S2 final look?
They should be one and the same, weird he comes with two guns (only one holster), does one gun represent his R1 appearance, the other his AndorS2 appearance?
We've been hinted Andor season 2 will end, with him on the tarmac, going to that Ring of Kafrene mission.

If Hot Toys is still reluctant on an Andor figure, this might inspire a two-birds-one-stone look, that they can justify as both Rogue One and Andor Series release.

That’s cool but yeah black series never predicts HT. Wish it did lol.

Rewatched Rogue One with my son the other day and yeah, I’m really surprised they didn’t continue that line. They started so well with Jyn and Chirrut and the troopers but maybe they didn’t sell well or there were complications with Luna and some of the other actors. And we were lucky to get Krennic. Still holding out hope with get Andor and Baze. And yeah Luthen, Dedra, even Mon Mothma would be terrific.
Kino Loy, Melshi and because of The Bear would love Arvel Skeen.
